Again, you're going to make your base block, up to log 9, in neutrals. Add your house and tree, and stitch them down....
Add as many leaves as you want - over the seams of the darks, just scatter them. Stitch them down and you're done with the final applique block!

Isn't that amazing! She was saying something there, I'm not sure what....something like "holy cats", lol!

Really cute block Allie. Mom is going to be really full....grin.
I so love that block. Hmm, your mum looks rather overwhelmed at the size of that pie. I think there would be enough to feed 4 people there lol.

Some pie Allie! The block is lovely, so warm and cheery. x
That picture of your Mom with that chicken pot pie is so funny!!! It's great to see her out enjoying life and that you have this time with her. So many of my friends no longer have parents and it makes me realize how special it is. Love the quilting as always beautifully done and such a classically homey scene.
Tell me again why I'm not stitching along?? It's beautiful. Where on earth did you get that ginormous pot pie?? Did it taste as good as it looks?
another gorgeous block..... maybe over Christmas I will have time to play catch up and do these... hmmm
gosh what a huge pie for your Mum.... did she get through it all?
Hugz
Pretty block - but look at the SIZE OF THAT PIE! I'm guessing she brought most of it home in a doggy bag, lol!
Holy Cats indeed! That is a Huge pie!!! Your block is beautiful! I love the colourful leaves. So it's just 3 applique blocks? I'm enjoying seeing this quilt grow.
Love your block. I'll have to link to you on Friday! Did your mom eat that whole pie!
Gracias por tu nuevo bloque. Y por la foto del pastel de pollo. No sé lo que es,no lo he probado nunca, pero desde luego tiene un gran tamaño para una sola persona :)
You make the cutest things!!
Oh, I wish I could have shared that pie with your mom! Yummy!!
That is one heck of a chicken pot pie! I've never seen anything like that! Love the pattern. No one will know the tree branch is short with that leaf on there. That's the kind of fix I always appreciate.
