It's a huge light box!!

It uses fluorescent tubes, they're 2ft long. Not the light box on my wish list - that one is only an inch thick and uses LED's - but for $15 it will more than suffice. I've already used it and it is amazing. Much better than my piece of plexiglass, held on my lap over a lamp, lol.
I think I'm going to get a lot of tracing done....don't you just love garage sales!!!

Yeah great find for you! I only have a little 6 inch or so one that I bought in a scrap booking department years ago. Not to handy but I make do for now.
Woo hoo! Score!
Nice find, I need a larger one so when my dies, I will go bigger.
I love using it, great for lots of things.
Debbie
An excellent find and so perfect that it found a home with you.
Hi Allie boy what a great buy, enjoy your tracing my friend xx
What a bargain, and so much better than the mower. I have one Hugh and a friend ( he is a sparky) made, an old drawer, plexiglass on top, and one bulb inside, but if I swapped that for a small flouro tube, would be so much better. I can see heaps of stitcheries soon. p.s. down here electricians are called Sparkies, not sure what they are at your place.
A great buy, well done
Oh, congratulations! I got one awhile back, too, rescued from someone's basement. It's really large and very heavy, but a wonderful tool!
Wow, great bargain! It looks pretty big which is really nice! Love that you got it so cheap! Enjoy! Hugs, Mickie
SCORE!!! This is an awesome find...and for $15..."START THE CAR!!"!!
Score one for Allie!
Brilliant, what a find. Have a happy weekend of tracing!!
Wonderful. It was meant to be. Have fun with your new 'toy.'
What a lucky find! Enjoy.
that's huge! You should have fun with it. I have a really thin light pad, and it has made my life so much easier. My old 'light table' was so awful, I just dreaded having to use it.
That's a great buy! Much better than my smaller one, too. You can get the whole block on there at once - super deal for you!
great light box Allie,
Hugz
Great find - it'll be very useful! Dennis made me one years ago but we never got around to getting a piece of glass cut to fit it properly. I use a "temporary" piece of glass from a small picture frame, perched on a corner - of course it doesn't work very well, lol!
what a bargain find! I think you were led there for a reason!!!! good buy honey xox
I've had to go back to using a window after mine broke - So happy for you.
