Ok, it's a pitcher.  Let's fill it up with names....

Give it a good shaking, and pull out a name....

And it's Sunny, from Quilting Dreams!!!  Sunny, your pattern will be on its way shortly!  Congratulations!

I want to thank you all for playing along with me - if you would like to purchase the pattern, you can get it in my store!  I still can't believe I'm saying "my store", lol....

And I have to tell you, I'm amazed at the number of folks who have never cooked a whole chicken, I don't feel quite so odd anymore, lol!  I thought I'd be the last hold-out on the planet.  You all made me feel so much better!

Hi There Allie, First, congratulations to Sunny, enjoy, enjoy!!! Now...how about another give away for that most adorable jar/pitcher I have ever seen??? NO! Hmmmm....well, I don't blame you, it is too cheerful to turn loose of. Thanks for a fun giveaway. Now about that chicken, LOL. I haven't boiled a whole chicken for years, but we have to boiled 2 larges chicken breasts every third day to make food for our two little dogs. It is mixed with portions of rice, plain lowfat yogurt and canned 100% pumpkin and my little furry kids are thriving on it. The overweight one is loosing all her bulk and feeling lots better, and my oldest one with cancer feels like a puppy again. The vet said they get a huge amount of nutrition from it, everything they need with very little waste, hence, less poop patrol, LOL. Anyway I digress...I can't stand the smell of the chicken breasts boiling, and they are boneless skinless. But wow, the stink. Ah well, it's worth it. Okay, I've rambled on enough except to say I'm a pretty good cook, but I don't like cooking...however, my hubby is also a good cook and he LOVES to cook and almost always does the clean up too! Yes, I do know how lucky I am. Big Hugs sweet friend...

Wow! Somehow I missed your giveaway post! Life is just so busy lately and I am having a tough time keeping up. We love whole chicken, baked two last week. I put them in a cooking bag and surrounded them with potatoes, carrots onions and celery. Seasoned and closed it up, popped it in the oven and enjoyed the aroma. Was even better eating :)

Have been talked into trying hand stiching today at the quilt show by my girlfriend and my aunt. Fell in love with a frog quilt. And they are convinced that if I can cross stitch this will be easy. I may be joining you in a love for it or I may be hating it, but I am definitely going to give it my best shot!

Hope you aren't melting in this latest heat wave, one more day!
