Miss Smarty-Pants

That's me!  That's what I feel like, anyway.  I managed to put pages on my blog, yippee!  A small thing but it feels like I just climbed Everest.  I think mentally, I did.  Tutorials on one page, free patterns on the other, I'm happy dancin'.

Yesterday I looked out the kitchen window, and saw this reflection on our garage, I thought it looked just like an owl -

We still don't know what it was reflecting off of.  But kinda neat.  I have some things to show you soon but I need to get pics....I keep forgetting.  My youngest son starts driver's ed today and I'm WAY more nervous than he is.  What I wouldn't give for a car with dual controls!

I've also been enjoying the Quilt Festival, although I'm not getting very far very fast - so much to look at and enjoy!  Have you popped over for a peek yet?

Is shaped like an owl. Do you have a light bulb over the sick, kinda looks like a light bulb shape in the middle.

I thought the reflection looked like an angel. We all need an angel watching over us. Glad you got those pages on your blog. I'm afraid to try it. You are my inspiration.

Miss Smarty Pants indeed. Good for you. I'm still ticked that blogger has been changing things - yet again! Yes, your reflection does look like an owl.
Good luck to your son and don't forget to BREATHE.

Yup, cute owl reflection. Hmmm. Driving lessons - takes me back, but never fear, I survived 4 lots and I am sure you will survive your Son's time too. My thought was that the more they drove with me the more I knew about how they were going to handle being on their own. We made sure they drove as much as possible in the learning times, and in all weather/time conditions. So far all has been good.
Big breaths, lots of prayers and go for it!!!

Allie, did your reflection happen during the eclipse? That's kind of what it looks like to me. Very cool!

Yay for you! I did pages on my blog a while back but since I have been down with shoulder I haven't updated or kept up with it. I might have to work on that. I bet that reflection is going to inspire another project!! I remember those days of kids learning to drive! It is nerve wrecking!!!!

I like that you added pages to your blog. :-) I first saw a heart, but as soon as you said an owl, I saw it! Cool!

Fun reflection! Maybe it's a ghost lol. I think I have been watching too many ghost hunting shows lol.

My oldest two have been driving for several years and I am still a horrible passenger. I guess I have some control issues.

I'm happy for you that your youngest is in Driver's Ed. (Well sort of - as I know how nerve racking that can be.) My daughter (also my youngest) now has her license and it so nice! Except for worrying when she is out. LOL!! Yes that spot does look like an owl. That's pretty cool.

The reflection looks like a heart to me!

Ah Driver's Ed. My daughter just got her license and told me she got pulled over the same day for some infraction.... Hope that scares some caution in her!
