Such An Honor....

I'm the featured quilter today over at Amy's Creative Side, formerly Park City Girl,  for the Blogger's Quilt Festival interview.  Very humbling...I mean, have you SEEN the people she's interviewed?!  Rock stars, and I'm definitely NOT, lol.  And Amy herself is a rock star!

Remember, the Blogger's Quilt Festival is coming up, Get your quilts ready and join in - it's absolutely amazing.  Every time I find more blogs to love and quilts to gasp at.  The talent out there totally takes my breath away.  And what is so lovely, is that Amy puts them all in one place for your convenience, you can grab a cuppa [or three] and get lost in all the inspiration.  From first time quilters to masters of the art, it's a fabulous show!

Thanks Amy, for such an honor!

Oh well done Allie!
I wish I could get to grips with quilting, I have such big ideas in my head but they never come to anything.....except the bin!
Take care hun x

P.s Mum's had the all clear from the hospital today, they are very happy and alittle surprised at her quick recovery, apart from regular bloodtests she has to have, they have discharged her from care :0)

This is great Allie - Congratulations! It is a well-deserved honor too. The quilty blogging group is such a great community - we get to meet interesting and inspirational people through blogging, but just as importantly (and in my book more importantly) we form friendships as well. Now I can say I have a celebrity friend :)

I think the 'stacked coins' with the birds may have been one of the first projects of yours that I saw. I love the applique addition! Congrats on the recognition! You definately rock!

Congratulations! I just read your interview and it's great. I still love the wedding quilt but I don't remember it being purple. It comes across as black on my computer. Oh well, it still looks beautiful. Congrats again!
