Look At This!

Remember this picture of my mom on a pony?

mompony

Well, Martha from Q Is For Quilter sent me an email with this:

mompony

Isn't that amazing??? Didn't she do a fabulous job??? I was so surprised! I know my mom is going to love it - this is her favorite picture. Martha, you are an absolute doll and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! That is just brilliant!!!!!

And of course I have to show you this.....my son went downstairs to change loads, turned his back and look what he found in the dryer:

I'm tempted to have a "give that photo a name" contest like Pioneer Woman, but I don't have a junk drawer with prizes like she does, lol!!!! Seriously, I remember when she was giving away coupons from the junk drawer. She's come a long way, baby!

Off to stitch my fingers to the bone - Christmas is coming WAY too fast!

I'm so glad that your son noticed her in the dryer before closing the door! She could have been in there for days...or worse he could have started the dryer...reminds me of a cartoon...but we won't go there!
Take care! Paulette

Martha did a great job with your Mom's photo...very sweet of her.

Your kitty looks pretty comfy there, but it's not a good place for a kitty. My Mom gave my cat a "ride" in a dryer once. Fortunately, she noticed right away so he wasn't hurt, but I've heard of some not so lucky. Please, be careful...we don't want any sad tales.

Cute cat. Isn't it funny how they always find the warmest place in the house? My cats think we put a heated bathroom floor in for them.

That picture is just incredible! Oh your kitty in the dryer is soooo cute...that reminds me of the picture that I took of my Josh when he was about 18 months old he did the same thing...I almost threw the towels in the dryer...and there he was. Great memories!

That Martha is a whiz! It's wonderful how she fixed up the pic for you! As for your cat, well, it's a good thing your son noticed. I'm of like mind with Paulette, reminds me of a cartoon...

So how did she do that with that photo? That is great. The car is so cute. I am glad he didn't pile clothes in there without looking. That would not have been cute.

She did such a fabulous job on the photo. I'm glad your son saw your kitty. Yesterday, I did a load of clothes in the washer, and when I went to take them out, I noticed I had washed the bottle of laundry detergent as well! Luckily it was closed. Haven't done that before.

He reminds me of our DIL's cat Robbie. He is always getting into things. I posted about him when he was in a cabinet that was being moved and he escaped way across town. We thought we would never find him. What a pill!

What an amazing job she did! Really a wonderful gift to you and your Mom.

Your pussy cat looks so happy in the dryer - probably she found it still warm from the last time it was run!

Well that is awesome about the photo. At first I thought Martha had the same picture of your mom and I was wondering why but now I see how she fixed it. Very cool.
I guess your kitty was cold.

She did a wonderful job, restoring the photo. There are some good books for photoshop to do that, but I don't have the time for that too;) I had cats that liked to jump in the dryer too, but ever since a woman said she actually turned it on with her cat inside, I check inside first. I cannot imagine how horrifying that would be.

wow! That photo looks great! Isn't it amazing what photoshop can do?

Love the kitty in the dryer picture. When I was in high school, our cat, Thumper, got into the dryer accidentally and was dried for about 5 minutes until we realized that the thumping sound coming from the dryer was her. She never went near the dryer after that incident.

What Martha did with your mom's pic?, it's really cool!, I'd like to fix some pics, need to be repaired. Poor kitty, she was lucky your son found her!

aww, I think my Foz-man would do that if I left the door open for him. He definitely is curious about where all the hot air is coming from when I open the dryer!
